Retail Ad Campaigns

Retail Ad Campaigns are active campaigns that are shown on emails being sent from your associated salons to their clients.
Creating a new Retail Ad Campaign:
When logged in to your SalonInteractive account navigate to Ad Campaigns and choose Retail Ad.  To create a new one click New.

1. Name your Retail Ad campaign relative to what it will be targeting
2. Choose a date range for how long this ad will be displayed.  If you don’t have a date you plan for this campaign to end you can leave the end date blank to allow it to last forever
3. If the ad does not already have a URL associated with it you can choose where the user will be taken when clicking on your ad.  Enter the entire URL in Default Click URL
4. Spending Limit is where you can choose how much you are willing to spend on the ad before it is not shown anymore.  Once the ad hits this limit it will only be paused so if you choose to show it again later you will have that option
5. Once you have completed all of necessary fields click save.
NOTE:  When the ad is completed SalonInteractive will review and approve the campaign before it is shown anywhere.

Retail Ad Campaign Details:
Once you are in the Retail Ads page you will see a quick overview of all of your ads you have created.  You can quickly view when the campaign was started, when it will end, the status, How many ads are in the campaign, how many people have seen the ad (Impressions), and how many people actually interact with the ad (clicks).
To review more details of an ad campaign you can click on the name of the campaign


1. Display Dates: The length of time your ad will be shown to clients
2. Default Click URL: Where clients will be taken if the ad does not already have a destination
3. Product Categories: Which product categories your ad will be shown with when clients are viewing emails
4. Service Categories: Which service categories your ad will be shown with when clients are viewing emails
5. CPC: How much it will cost you every time a client clicks on your advertisement
6. CPM: Your estimated cost after 1000 clicks
7. Spending Limit: The amount of money you are willing to spend before the ad is paused and clients no longer see it
8. Auto Renewal: Gives you the ability to view how many times you are allowed to and have renewed your ad to be shown to clients
9. Created/Approved: View who created this ad and who approved this ad.  The approved name will be a SalonInteractive Employee.
