We regularly release enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes to our software applications. This is part of our continued and unwavering dedication to provide the best possible experience with our software.

July 26, 2019 (Release 3.7)
  • We now require your deposits to be validated to pay you commissions on your eCommerce sales. We want to make sure your hard earned money goes to you!

June 14, 2019 (Release 3.6)
  • Mass Email Campaigns schedule in the future can now be canceled.
  • DSCs can now be "mass assigned" instead of having to do it one-by-one.
  • Billing address is now required for purchases in eCommerce.

May 13, 2019 (Release 3.5)
  • Getting set up for eCommerce was already pretty easy, but we've taken it to eleven! This release introduced Guided Setup, which will walk you through the setup step-by-step, all in about 5 minutes or less.
  • If you're a Distributor, you're now able to create Global Discounts across your Brands, Product Categories, and Product Lines.
  • DSCs can now create emails with attachments to communicate with their Salons.
  • Various small upgrades and enhancements.

April 12, 2019 (Release 3.4)
  • Distributors are now able to create Discount/Coupon codes for use in eCommerce.  As if buying on SalonInteractive wasn't already great, now clients can potentially get the same products for less! 
  • We always tracked Client Connect unsubscribes, but now we're also tracking which campaign the client clicked on Unsubscribe from. It's a small enhancement but could help Salons determine which campaigns were better received than others.
  • We upgraded our ACH commissions infrastructure.  You won't notice anything in the application, but it's a good thing.

March 6, 2019 (Release 3.3)
  • With more and more Distributors and Brands coming onto the SalonInteractive platform, Salon Clients need to be able to place orders for any and all of them.  Now they can!  Salons are no longer limited to a single Distributor for eCommerce.  Choose one, some, or all... it's up to you!
  • We are increasing the feature set for DSCs (Distributor Sales Consultants). DSCs will be able to see previously placed Salon Orders, and even create new orders on behalf of the Salon.  The DSCs will also see statistics related to eCommerce as well.

January 15, 2019 (Release 3.2)
  • We're excited to introduce a feature to increase eCommerce sales... Product Recommendations! For now, it's limited to salons coming from SalonRunner since it depends on Appointments, but you can recommend products to your clients, and send them an automated email suggesting they purchase them in your store.  It couldn't be any easier!
  • Salons can now place orders with any of our integrated Distributors.
  • Distributors can now choose if they want to receive eCommerce New Order or Return Order email notifications.
  • A few handfuls of various small improvements and upgrades throughout the application.
  • Bug fixes.

December 13, 2018 (Release 3.1)
  • We made a bunch of behind-the-scenes improvements that aren't evident to users, but will make setting up and managing things a lot easier for everyone.

November 2, 2018 (Release 3.0)
  • Client Connect is now fully available to Salons only using SalonInteractive!
  • Client Connect Mass Email Campaigns can now be schedule to launch in the future.
  • Mass Email Campaigns now use standalone lists, so you can now include individual Clients in a campaign... or remove Clients if you wish.
  • Salons only using SalonInteractive can now upload Clients from Excel or CSV files.
  • New Auto Email Campaign: Running Low.  You can email your clients that have purchased products on eCommerce to remind them to re-purchase.
  • Improved ability to preview email campaigns, now including a view for desktop and phones.
  • Improved ability to paste more HTML tags into the email campaign WYSIWYG.
  • Lots of UI improvements.
  • Bug fixes.

August 3, 2018 (Release 2.8)

  • New salon accounts and new users of all accounts now are required to verify their email address before continued access is allowed.
  • Stronger passwords are now required for new users. Existing users are not affected until they change or reset their password.
  • Distributors now have a simple list view of all the Brands that are available to their associated Salons.
  • A few handfuls of improvements for our internal management of the Product Catalog.

July 12, 2018 (Release 2.7)

  • Simplified the navigation and use of "general" settings and eCommerce settings.
  • Increased the number of locations we can display Brand Ads, including within our eCommerce site.
  • Retail Ads will now direct the user to the most specific webpage possible starting with a single product, down to a default fallback URL.
  • Distributors can now have their own custom return policy. Contact support if this is something you need.
  • After ACH account numbers are saved, we now send out a reminder email 2 business days later.
  • New filters for a Salon to select Brands by All, Distributors, or eCommerce
  • Phone number is now required for new SI salon signups.
  • General UI improvements.
  • Bug fixes.

June 20, 2018 (Release 2.6)
  • Improvements to the Salon Dashboard
  • Ability for Salon's to crop and resize their logo.
  • Distributors can now handle returns for eCommerce orders.
  • Bug fixes.

  • A handful of UI/UX improvements in eCommerce.

May 24, 2018 (Release 2.4)
  • Simplified the eCommerce setup for Salons when selecting a Distributor and Brands.
  • Improvements to some salon dashboard statistics cards.
  • A new worksheet for commission details was added to the eCommerce orders excel report.
  • Bug fixes.

April 15, 2018 (Release 2.3)
  • The Salon Dashboard has been massively expanded to include many more charts and statistics.
  • A few bug fixes.

March 22, 2018 (Release 2.2)
  • General improvements to the UI and functionality since the initial release of eCommerce.
  • Full support for product returns and chargebacks.

  • Client Connect is moving over from SalonRunner, and has many improvements.
